Before processing begins
Requests received before an order enters processing are more likely to be completed. Include your order number, the purchaser’s email address and the exact change requested.
After processing or shipment
Once preparation, packing or shipment has started, an address, product, option or cancellation request may no longer be possible. We do not guarantee that a submitted request can be completed.
Address corrections
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot redirect every shipment after dispatch.
Cancellation refunds
When a cancellation is confirmed before shipment, any approved refund is issued to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
