Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to eligible new and pre-owned handbags purchased from BagsBoards, operated by BAGS & BOARDS, LLC.

Shipping destinations and cost

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Processing begins after the order is accepted and payment is successfully completed.

Estimated transit and delivery

Transit is estimated at 6–12 business days after shipment. Including preparation time, estimated total delivery is 7–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available after shipment. Tracking scans and delivery events are controlled by the carrier.

Address changes

Review the delivery address before checkout. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has started.

Delayed or lost packages

If tracking is delayed, stops updating or shows a delivery issue, contact us with the order number. We may ask the carrier to investigate. Carrier investigations and delivery corrections can require additional time.

Damaged packages or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the package and item. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Customs, duties and import charges

Local duties, taxes or carrier charges may apply to some deliveries. Unless displayed and collected at checkout, those amounts are not included in the product price and may be collected by the local authority or carrier.

Delivery limitations

We may be unable to deliver to an address that is outside the supported destinations, incomplete, inaccessible to the carrier or restricted by applicable shipping rules. If an order cannot be shipped, we will contact the customer using the order details.
