Store and products

BagsBoards is an online store offering women’s handbags listed as new or pre-owned. Products currently available for purchase are shown on the store’s product and collection pages.

Product information and condition

Product pages may include images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, accessories, condition information and other item details. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing before placing an order. Pre-owned handbags may show prior wear or handling as described or shown on the product page.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. A product identifier, brand, material, origin or other attribute is displayed only when it is supplied in the Shopify product data or listing content.

Prices, currency and availability

The current price, currency and availability are displayed on the product page and confirmed during checkout. Prices or availability may change before an order is completed. A product is not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact the customer if information is incomplete or if the order cannot be fulfilled. If an accepted order cannot be supplied, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed through Shopify or enabled payment providers. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use the selected method.

We aim to keep store information accurate and functional. If an obvious technical, pricing or content error is identified before fulfillment, we may contact the customer to correct or cancel the affected order and issue any required refund.

The BagsBoards name, website layout, written content and original visual elements may not be copied or reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
